Two Year Warranty

Kcnc will repair or replace, at its option, any components such as drive train, brakes, seat post, handlebar and stem etc., determined to be defective due to defective materials and/or workmanship. The 2 year warranty is conditioned upon the bicycle being ridden under normal conditions and having been properly maintained. This warranty applies to anyone in possession of our components. The warranty still lasts for second hand purchases from the time the original purchase was made from the store. This warranty is void if the component was not used, maintained or installed properly.
